Afemai Civil Servants Pay Courtesy Visit to Hon. Musah, Dr. Tenebe

The Afemai Civil Servants Forum in Edo State paid a courtesy visit to Hon. Ahmed Musah, Executive Director of Edo State Flood, Erosion and Watershed Management Agency (EDOFEWMA), and Dr. Nelson Tenebe, Chairman of the Edo State Hospital Management Agency.

The visit which took place separately at their respective offices on Wednesday January 22, 2025 aimed to identify with and congratulate the Afemai sons on their appointments in Governor Monday Okpebholo’s administration.

Speaking on behalf of the forum, J. I. Adamu, and Alhaji Suleman Abbas expressed the group’s intention to identify with and felicitate with Hon. Musah and Dr. Tenebe. They explained separately that the forum comprises civil servants from Etsako, Akoko Edo, and other parts of Afemai land serving in the Edo State civil service.

In his response, Hon. Musah welcomed the forum, emphasizing its importance in fostering cooperation and support among Afemai civil servants. He acknowledged the significance of the forum’s formation, stating that such a collective effort was not available during his previous service in the Adams Oshiomhole administration.

Hon. Musah encouraged the forum members to reach out to him for any support he could provide, reiterating his commitment to serving the people of Edo State.

Dr. Tenebe echoed Hon. Musah’s sentiments, emphasizing the divine nature of his appointment and his dedication to serving the people. He expressed his willingness to assist both Afemai individuals and others in need.

The visit included Afemai civil servants from various ministries, departments, and agencies including the Auditor General’s Office, Ministry of Communications and Orientation, Edo State Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Board, Accountant General’s Office, and Ministry of Agriculture, among others etc.
