Staff of Edo State Development and Property Corporation (ESDPC) have been advised to up their game in the discharge of their duties in order to contribute their quota to the development of the State.
The Managing Director of the Corporation, Barr. Fola Okungbowa who gave this advice during his maiden meeting with members of Staff, highlighted the need for cooperation and synergy among staff in order to promote efficiency.
Barr. Okungbowa who also emphasized the need for discipline and respect for headship, warned that acts of insubordination, which can impede smooth operation in the Corporation will not be tolerated.
The MD promised an atmosphere of harmonious working environment, adding that his doors were open to members of Staff on any issue, while emphasizing on the use of proper lines of communication.
The ESDPC Boss further assured members of staff of the necessary welfare, harping on the need for ESDPC to form a Co-operative Society so that members of Staff could meet up with urgent needs and achieve their set goals.
The MD urged them to pay attention to their dressing and overall outlook as a way of improving the image of the Corporation positively.
Heads of Departments of ESDPC briefed the new Managing Director on the workings and functions of their departments.
