In a statement, Chairman, Local Government Service Commission, Mr. Tom Uloko, said all Local Government Area pensioners of Edo State are to present themselves for physical and documentary verification exercise scheduled to hold in the three senatorial districts of the state.
He noted that the exercise in Edo North, specifically in Akoko Edo, Etsako Central, Etsako East, Etsako West, Owan East and Owan West Local Government Areas (LGAs), will hold from Tuesday, March 10 to Thursday, March 12, 2020 between 8.00am to 5pm daily at the respective council halls.
Uloko said similar exercise will hold across Edo Central Senatorial District, including Esan Central, Esan North East, Esan South East, Esan West, Igueben, as well as Uhunmwode LGAs in Edo South, from Saturday, March 14th, to Tuesday, March 17th, 2020, between 8.00am to 5pm daily, at the respective council halls.
He added that in Orhionmwon, Ovia North East and Ovia South West LGAs, the local government pensioners will have their verification at the respective council halls, from Thursday, March 19th to Saturday, March 21st, 2020 between 8.00am to 5pm daily.
Local council pensioners in Ikpoba-Okha, Egor and Oredo LGAs will have their verification at the Imaguero Hall, in Benin City, from Thursday, March 19th to Saturday, March 21st, 2020 between 8.00am to 5pm daily.
Uloko urged all the affected pensioners to come to the venue with Letter of Retirement, Pension ID Card, Biometric Slip, Pay Advice where Available and Letter of Administration for deceased Staff.
