The Acting Chairman noted that mothers play pivotal roles in their various homes while raising the children, giving their emotional attachments especially in their formative stages in life.

“A man is naturally the head of the family who sees to the general well-being of same. However, women are more emotionally involved in the care for their wards more than the fathers”. He said.
