UN-habitat Appointment: Uwadia’s Emergence as Member excites Gov Obaseki

Governor Godwin Obaseki has congratulated Hon. Daniel Uwadia on his appointment as a distinguished member of the UN-Habitat Stakeholder Advisory Group Enterprise (SAGE).

In his congratulatory message, Governor Obaseki lauds Uwadia’s unwavering dedication to advancing causes that champion environmental sustainability, emphasising that his appointment is a testament to his profound commitment and passion for such critical endeavours.

Governor Obaseki noted “You have indeed made the Government and the good people of Edo State proud, and we are confident that you will continue to bring your expertise to bear as a good ambassador of our dear State.”

“We look forward to your invaluable contributions as we strengthen our collaborative efforts with the UN in ensuring a clean and green Edo, and promoting urban renewal, forest regeneration, as well as other novel initiatives we have embarked on as part of our Making Edo Great Again (MEGA) Agenda.”
