Mrs. Violet Obiokoro, the Managing Director, Edojobs also emphasised to the beneficiaries at the graduation, the importance of maximising the skills they have learnt to build experience quoting that;
"No one would travel on the plane of a Pilot who has no prior experience flying planes",
Obiokoro stated that the internship and apprenticeship program was established to tackle unemployment across all local government areas of the state. Since its inception in 2018, the program has impacted over 2000 Edo youths with a track record of 70% retention rate.
Mr Obaseki has been right all the times he has correctly predicted the economic health of the country.
